ryan phillippe: Reese Witherspoon Engaged to Jim Toth. The 34-year-old actress and 40-year-old Hollywood agent Jim Toth are engaged. "They are extremely happy", her representative told UsMagazine.com.
The two started dating this past January, soon after Reese broke up with Jake Gyllenhaal.
Although, Toth is an agent at L.A.'s Creative Artists Agency and Witherspoon is a CAA client, her husband-to-be is not representing her.
Recently, the actress made jokes about getting married. "My mom always texts me, like, 'Are you getting married? I'm like, 'Mom, come on! You would know if I was getting married'", the actress said during one interview she gave to Entertainment Weekly.
Previously, Reese was married to actor Ryan Phillippe for seven years. The two divorced in 2008 and have two children together: Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.
